We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement and Support Specialist to join our team at Ocoord, a leading compliance platform for medical and dental practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional post-onboarding client engagement and ongoing support, contributing to the retention and satisfaction of our clients. 02 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Lead post-signup client engagement initiatives to ensure a seamless transition and high satisfaction levels.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support via email and screen shares to Ocoord customers.
- Data Collection: Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
- Customer Retention: Leverage insights to develop and implement strategies and content to reduce the number of support-based interactions.
- Product Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features and client services based on customer support feedback and insights.
- Material Development: Develop customer facing feature-based education content.
03 Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized: Proven ability in task management and organization.
- Experience: Customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare, tech, or compliance sectors.
- Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced start-up environment.
