Ocoord is a service to assist users in organizing OSHA compliance for medical and dental providers. All users, as a condition of accessing and using the website and materials, acknowledge and agree that they are using the Ocoord tool solely for lawful purposes, and that no unlawful dealings are being facilitated through the use of the site. Ocoord retains the right to disable any account or deny any user access to the materials or the website for a violation of the preceding sentence, or for any reason or no reason at all in Ocoord’s sole discretion.
Various data is collected each time a person visits the Ocoord website, including the name of the visitor’s internet service provider, the website used by the visitor to link to the site, the websites the visitor accesses from our site, the visitor’s IP-Address, and other similar data that is not inputted by the user. Ocoord hereby agrees that it will not disclose to any third party any of the contact or identifiable information about a user that Ocoord learns on account of user’s use of the materials and the website. Ocoord may, however, use such information for the purpose of communicating with user, and making user aware of recent developments, news, or offerings which may become known after the date of user’s acceptance of these terms. User will have an opportunity within each communication from Ocoord to opt out of communications.
This website and all of its features, information, software, content, data, processes, user interfaces, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property is owned by BLRB, LLC (“Ocoord”). By accepting these Terms of Privacy and Conditions of use, you hereby agree and acknowledge that you have no ownership or rights in any of such property and that you will not take any action claiming to have any ownership rights in any of the above-referenced features.
All information and materials contained on this website including content, data, processes, planning tactics and considerations,, graphics, links, ratings or descriptions, or any other items are being provided “AS IS” and Ocoord is making no warranty as to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information or material. Ocoord hereby expressly disclaims any liability, and the user agrees that Ocoord shall not be liable, for any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense related to or connected to the user’s use of or reliance on this website or its contents. The user recognizes that Ocoord is not making any warranties of any kind in connection with the website including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer viruses.
User hereby indemnifies and holds Ocoord harmless from any loss, liability, expense, cost, or other payment, including reasonable attorney’s fees, Ocoord may suffer related to user’s improper use of the site, any reliance on the property or content contained within the site, user’s breach or violation of the terms of this agreement, or user’s misappropriation of any of Ocoord’s intellectual or intangible property, including, without limitation, the materials and any marks or copyrights.
Ocoord shall not be liable for any damages of any kind for any loss or expense suffered by any user in connection with the use of this website including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Ocoord hereby agrees that any data submitted to Ocoord by a user of the website which is personally identifiable information with respect to such user will be held by Ocoord and not distributed to any person or third party in a format that could reasonably identify the user without the user’s prior consent. Ocoord may, however, aggregate, analyze, combine, segregate, de-identify, or otherwise manipulate all such data and use any such data for any purpose Ocoord deems to be appropriate, so long as the disclosure of any such data does not specifically link or identify a person with any of their PII. Ocoord will not distribute any personally identifiable information of a user to any person for the purposes of marketing, soliciting or advertising products and/or services.
User hereby consents and submits to jurisdiction in the state of North Carolina for any dispute arising under the use of the site or the terms of this agreement. User hereby consents that venue for any such dispute may be in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
